• Are all artists DBS checked?

Yes, all our artists are DBS checked where and when necessary.

  • Do you bring all your own equipment?

Yes we can do – or we can work with what you have already. We are equipped with small; PA, basic instruments, electronics & art materials and can acquire more if needed on a case by case basis

  • How much does a workshop cost?

That varies greatly on the kind of workshop you would like (how many artist/how long/additional equipment) but as a rough guide, we follow MU rates to pay our freelance artist daily rates, plus  materials, travel and admin.  If you have a fixed budget we can also design workshop to fit within that.  We’re a not-for-profit organisation, so you know your budget will be spent on delivery. Get in touch with your plans/budget and we’ll work out a bespoke workshop for your group.

  • What ages do you provide for?

Our flexible pool of freelance artists means we have facilitators with experience across all ages and abilities and can choose the most appropriate team for your project.

  • Do you provide workshops suitable for people with additional needs?

Across our pool of artists we have a great deal of collective experience working with people of all ages and abilities, but in order to deliver the best experience for your participants we would endeavour to work with at least 1 lead artist with relevant specialist training, as well as collaborating with yourselves to plan the most appropriate workshop for your group.
